改革开放以来,新疆的经济建设事业有了很大进步,但由于各种条件的限制,与我国沿海较发达地区的差距在拉大,这已成为新疆经济发展和现代化建设中的重要问题之一。研究加快新疆经济发展的战略,具有深远的现实意义。

Since the reform and opening-up, the economy and cultural construction of Xinjiang have been greatly improved, but because of the limitations of various kinds of conditions, the disparity of the developed areas in our country＇ s coast areas and Xinjiang widens sharply. This has already become one of the important problems in economic development and modernization of our country. So studying and bringing about an abvance in economy has already become a task of top priority.
