摘要
农民增收是农业和农村工作的重要主题。我国农业发展和农民增收已进入一种缓慢发展状态,这其中有制度方面的原因。该文论述了影响我国农民增收所存在的制度的因素,提出了制度创新的建设性意见。
Farmer income is an immutable topic on agriculture. At present, China＇ s agriculture development and farmer income growth have been in a state of slow development, of which there is a lack of disfigurement about system design. The paper indicates the system disfigurement, which restrictes the growth of China＇ s farmer income and puts forward constructive ideas on system innovation.
