干扰素α1b预防尖锐湿疣激光后复发的临床与实验观察

摘要 目的采用临床观察和原位分子杂交技术,观察干扰素α1b局部注射对尖锐湿疣激光后复发的预防作用。方法实验组用二氧化碳(CO2)激光联合干扰素α1b局部注射治疗尖锐湿疣,对照组单独用CO2激光治疗。利用原位杂交法检测两组患者治疗前后人乳头瘤病毒-DNA(HPV-DNA),并比较两者的HPV-DNA阳性率及临床复发率。结果实验组的HPV-DNA阳性率为19.35%,复发率为16.13%,对照组则分别为56.67%和53.33%,两组阳性率和复发率相比均具有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论干扰素α1b局部注射,可显著降低激光术后尖锐湿疣复发率及HPV-DNA检出率。 Objective To study the preventive effects of sublesional injection of interferon α 1b on condyloma acuminatum's (CA) recurrence after laser operation. Methods In situ hybridization (ISH) technique was used to detect HPV-DNA in tissue of 61 patients with eondyloma acuminata before and after therapy by HPV broad-spectrum probes. Comparative analysis on experimental result and therapeutic effect was made between CO2 laser together with interferon α 1b for sublesional injection (experimental group ) and single CO2 laser (control group) in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Results The positive and recurrence rates of HPV-DNA in experimental group were 19.35% and 16.13%, while the rates in control group were 56.67% and 53.33% respectively. The differences between two groups were significant (P〈0.001). Conclusion Sublesional injection of interferon α 1b can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of condyloma acuminatum and the positive rate of HPV-DNA after laser operation.
