摘要
目的探讨银屑宁胶囊治疗银屑病的机制。方法5%心得安乳剂外涂豚鼠耳部皮肤,使其产生银屑病样病理改变,然后分别以复方青黛胶囊和银屑宁胶囊治疗,检测皮损组织一氧化氮(NO)及丙二醛(MDA)水平。结果造模后组织病理可见角化过度,角化不全,棘层肥厚,真皮毛细血管扩张,有较明显的单一核细胞浸润,经复方青黛胶囊和银屑宁胶囊治疗后,皮损组织病理明显改善,差异有显著性(P<0.05);与空白组比较,造模组皮损组织NO、MDA水平均升高,差异均有显著性(P<0.05);与造模组比较,治疗组皮损组织NO、MDA水平均降低,差异均有显著性(P<0.05);与复方青黛胶囊组比较,银屑宁胶囊组皮损组织NO水平降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05);MDA水平降低,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论银屑宁胶囊可以降低心得安致豚鼠银屑病样病理模型皮损组织NO及MDA水平。
Objective To study the mechanism of Yinxie Ning capsule on psoriasis. Methods 5% propranolol ointment was applied on guinea pigs'ears to produce psoriasis-like pathological changes, then Fufang Qingdai capsule and Yinxie Ning capsule were applied to guinea pig models. The pathological manifestations were investigated under light microscope. The levels of NO and MDA were measured. Results There were hyperkeratosis, dyskeratosis, acanthosis, psoriatic form elongation of the rete ridges and significant infiltration of mononuclear cells and polymorphic nucleus in dermis in the guinea pig models. After treated with Fufang Qingdai capsule and Yinxie Ning capsule, the pathological manifestations were obviously improved. There was significant difference (P〈0.05). Compared with control group, the evels of NO and MDA in model were increased. A significant difference (P〈0.05) was observed. Compared with those of model group, the levels of NO and MDA were decreased. There were significant differences (P〈0.05). Between Fufang Qingdai capsule group and Yinxie Ning capsule group, there was obviously statistical difference in decreasing the level of NO (P〈0.05). There was no remarkable difference in decreasing the level of MDA(P〉0.05). Conclusion Yinxie Ning capsule can decrease the levels of NO and MDA, which may be the part of therapeutic mechanism of Yinxie Ning capsule on psoriasis.
