The clinical value and design of transesophageal electrocardiography databases

目的探讨食管电生理心电数据库对研究心律失常和射频消融的价值。方法采用食管调搏技术,通过12导心电图连续记录的方式,依据国际系统医学术语集SNOMED进行医学信息编码,参照美国国家卫生院(NIH)和美国国家心肺血液研究院(NHLBI)专家组对心电数据库的推荐标准设计食道电生理心电数据库的架构。结果采用食管电生理数据库,通过临床应用,可以进行心律失常的分类诊断、查询检索和统计处理。结论通过无创性心电生理数据库,可以观察某些特殊类型心律失常的电生理现象,对快速性心律失常的危险程度进行分级,有重要临床价值。

Objective To estimate the value of transesophageal electrocardiography database for study the mechanism of arrhythmia and promoting radiofrequency ablation. Methods According to America National Heart Lung Blood Institutes workshop on the utilization of ECG databases and SNOMED Clinical Terms, We construct the framework of tramsesophageal electrocardiography database. Results It is proved that tramsesophageal electrocardiography database is of special benefits for classification, index and Statistics of arrhythmia. Conclusion Tramsesophageal electrocardiography database is useful for identifying the special phenomena of arrhythmia and classifying the degree of risk in supraventricular tachycardia.
