摘要 用旋转电极研究低碳钢阳极溶解机理吴庆余(武汉工学院武汉430070)1前言钢铁的溶解过程非常复杂,不同的研究者得出的溶解机理不同[1-6]。其原因主要是由于所用材料及所处介质不同等多种因素造成。本工作参照工业锅炉盐酸酸洗的实际工况,在含有较大CI-浓... o diminish the influence of concentration polarization and obtain correct kinetic parameters, a rotating disk electrode was used to study anodic dissolution of mild steel in acidic chloride media. Experimental r6Sults showed that anodic dissolution of mild steel was affected by pH with the Tafel slope ba varying from 91mV to 40mV as pH challged from 0.70 to 2.72. Chloride concentrations ranging from 0.1mol/L to 1.5 mol/L in this system did not influence the reaction. Anodic dissolution mechanism with two-electron transfer was suggested and a kinetic expression ia = 2FKa[OH-]e was deduced.
