Study on Fourth-Party Material Flow Resource Deploying Decision Support System

随着近几年国内掀起的“物流热”,第四方物流正成为一个新兴的行业热点。第四方物流供应商雇佣多个第三方物流供应商对客户提供服务,由此产生了如何合理配置第三方物流供应商的问题。本文将第三方物流供应商构造为具有能主动参与问题解决的智能化分机,给出分布式智能化第四方物流资源调配决策支持系统的结构框架、工作原理,对系统中的关键问题——系统各智能部分间的协同性进行了研究,从而提高第四方物流供应商的问题求解能力。

The fourth-party material flow was becoming a rising industry hotspot with the fast development of domestic material flow in the last few years. The fourth-party material flow supplier serves the customers by adopting to employ many third-party material flow suppliers, which results in the problem of how to deploy the third-party material flow suppliers reasonably. The thesis puts forward the structure and work principle of a distributed intelligence resource deploying decision support system, in which constructs each of the third-party material flow suppliers as an intelligent extension that can participate the problem-solving actively. And the key problem that all intelligent parts of the system work coherently is further researched. This improves fourth-party material flow supplier＇s ability of solving problem.
