摘要
详细介绍了VFD(真空荧光显示器)在单片机测控系统中的应用.根据水蒸气在高温环境下的测控需要,选择三极管型VFD作为参数和状态显示设备,通过基于SM16312驱动电路的硬件设计和ATmega8单片机的软件编程,实现了各参数和状态的多彩动态显示,为工业大批量生产提供了一条具有较高性价比的设计思路.
This paper introduces the application of VFD （Vacuum Fluorescent Display） in the singleehip control system. According to the requirement of vapor in high temperature measuring and controlling, we chose a triodetype VFD to display all kinds of parameters and conditions. Based on the hardware design of SM 16312 and software programming of ATmega8 singleehip, we realized colorful and dynamic display and provided a design clew of higher performance/price ratio for industrial mass production.
