摘要
教学模式就是在一定的教学思想指导下,围绕着教学活动中的某一主题,形成相对稳定的、系统化和理论化的教学范型。我们在深入研究现代远程教育特点的基础上,逐渐探索形成教育管理专业的“精讲辅导——网上自主学习——小组活动——实践环节反馈”四维一体、全程质量观的教学模式。为了使这一教学模式有效实施和不断完善,我们加强教学管理工作,给教育管理专业以正确的定位,成立教育管理专业指导委员会和教育管理专业教研中心组,培训外聘任课教师,鼓励外聘教师参与教学资源建设,成立教育管理专业实践教学基地,加强实践教学环节。
Teaching mode is a relatively stable, systematic and theoretical educational paradigm surrounded by a specific theme of the teaching activities under the guide of teaching thought. After deeply studying the attributes of modern distance learning, we gradually developed into “ intensive teaching and guidance” - “spontaneous study online” - “group work” - “feedback of field trip” such four-in-one, overall quality views of teaching mode in the subject of education management. So as to effectively perform and continuously perfect this teaching mode, we have strengthened the Educational Management, precisely positioned the education management subject, established the management mode of the subject duty teachers and the course duty teachers of opening education management, and founded the Educational Management Guidance Committee and the Teaching and Researching center, trained the employed teachers, encouraged them to get involved with the construction of teaching resources, and set up the teaching base of field trip, enhanced the practice of teaching outcome.
