摘要
开放教育试点教学改革必须围绕培养目标和学生学习需求进行,笔者认为公司法课程应强调以应用型学习为主,即以培养学员法律应用能力为基础,以提高学员的实际分析和解决问题的能力,培养学员的创新能力为目标进行教学设计,根据学员自主学习过程的三个阶段分别运用概念辨析法、法条解析法和课题讨论法,为学生提供学习支持服务,实施教学活动。
The testing-spot reform of open education must be focused upon trainng the students practical abilities and meet their needs. Through many years' law teaching. The author tries the application-oriented teaching method to improve the students' practical and creative abilities in analyzing and solving law cases. The following are three stages aimed to make the teaching design, that is, using law-concept identification, law-article analysis, and subject discussion to serve the students and carry out the teaching activities.
