摘要
目的研究Z型带膜与不带膜气管支架放置后气管局部的病理变化。方法12只实验犬分为4组,放置部份带膜与部份不带膜的Z型气管支架,分别于1、2、4、8周分批处死实验犬,进行大体标本和光镜下病理分析。结果支架带膜处病理变化为炎性反应、低柱状上皮细胞鳞状化生、部份粘膜轻度肉芽增生,未突破支架覆膜;支架不带膜处病理表现为炎性反应、低柱状上皮细胞鳞状化生、肉芽增生、纤维化和气管狭窄。结论带膜气管支架生物相容性好,不易引起再狭窄。不带膜气管支架病理反应重,易引起气管狭窄。
Objective To observe the local morphological changes of the trachea after placing Z-type tracheal stent which upper 2/3 part covered with membrane and lower 1/3 part no-covered with membrane. Methods a Z-type tracheal stent was placed in the trachea of 12 dogs which were divided into 4 groups. Every group (3 dogs) was killed at a time by the end of 1st, 2nd, 4th, 8th week. Their general sample and pathologic changes under microscope were analysed. Results Inflammation reaction, metaplasia from low columnar epithelium to spuamous epithelium and gently granulation tissue hyperplasia occurred in part of mucosa occurred which the membrane-covered tracheal stent area, but the membrane of tracheal stent was not breached by these pathological changes. A inflammation reaction, metaplasia from low columnar epithelium to spuamous epithelium and gently granulation tissue hyperplasia in part of mueosa,fibrosis and trachea straitness had occurred in the no-membrane-covered area. Conclusion The biologic compatibility of the membrane-covered tracheal stent is good and would not induce trachea straitness. However, the no-mem- brane-covered tracheal stent induced a severe pathologic reaction and trachea straitness.
