摘要
应用经典热传导理论,借助计算机用解析方法计算YAG激光对金属间化合物Ni3Al熔凝处理时非稳态温度场变化规律。分析了激光加热工艺参数以及附加铜热吸收基底对温度场的影响。根据温度场的变化规律定性地分析了被处理材料显微组织和性能的变化,并且与实验结果进行了比较。
In this paper, transient temperature field induced by YAG laser on surface of intermetallics Ni3Al is studied using analytic method underguide of classical heat conduction theory , aided by computer. Results denote that facters of YAG laser such as output energy and pulsed time together with adding of copper heat absorption substract play a great role. The variation of microstructure and mechanical property of Ni3Al material after pressed by YAG laser is analyzed and discussed while being compared with experimental data.
