摘要
用SEM与TEM考察了急冷Cu-Cr-0.05Zr合金中的晶体缺陷。结果表明,急冷Cu-Cr-0.05Zr合金中的高密度位错与高浓度空位是合金强化的重要因素。固溶铬含量提高,导致形成空位集团、蜷线位错及扩展位错是强化效应进一步提高的另一重要因素。
The morphologies of crystal imperfections in the rapidly quenched CuZCr-0.05Zr alloys have been ohserved under SEM and TEM. Results show that the high density of dislocations and vacancies is important strengthening factors of these rapidly quenched alloys. The production of the vacancy plates, helical dislocations and splitting dislications in close relationship with stacking fault, with increasing supersaturated Crcontent, is the one of the important factors resulting in strengthening effect of the alloy system.
