肤洁洗剂的制备及临床疗效观察

Preparation of Fujie lotion and its clinical curative effect

目的制备肤洁洗剂,建立质量控制标准,初步进行疗效观察。方法采用水提醇沉法制备肤洁洗剂;用薄层层析法(TLC)定性鉴别方中主药黄柏、苦参、蛇床子;以原处方水煎液为对照进行临床疗效观察。结果本工艺简单,易操作,质控方法简便,重现性好,临床疗效试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论本品制备工艺合理,制剂性能稳定,临床疗效显著。

OBJECTIVE To prepare the Fujie lotion, to set up the quality-control standard, and to tentatively observe its curative effect. METHODS We adopted water-extraction and alcohol-precipitation to make Fujie lotion, confirmed the main compositions （Huangbo, Kushen, Shechuangzi） in the prescription using TLC, and observed the clinical curative effect by comparing with the water solution of the original preparation. RESULTS The process was simple, and the quality-control was simple and conveniet, and could be easily re-produced. The experimental group was better than the control group （P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS his production method is reasonable and steady with good clinical curative effect.
