摘要
根据不均匀奥氏体淬火原理,通过加热过程控制,可使高碳铬钢(GCr15)中残余奥氏体呈薄膜或集聚态存在于碳化物周围。这种残余奥氏体有利于延迟马氏体/碳化物界面处裂纹的形核及扩展,是利用残余奥氏体韧化高碳钢的新途径。
According to the quenching principle of inhomogenous austenite, by means of controlling heating process, residual austenite in high-carbon steel(GCr15) formed the morphology of thin film or accumulation around carbide.Such mophology and distribution of the residual austenite are of great advantage for postponing the crack nucleation and propagation at the interface between martensite and carbide. This may be a new means of toughening high-carbon steel by use of residual austenite.
