摘要
随着数字电路的时钟频率不断提高,信号完整性问题在PCB设计中占据着越来越重要的地位。文章分析了影响信号完整性的因素——时序、噪声、EMI,并对其进行了仿真,同时提出了解决上述几种信号完整性问题的经验方法。
As the frequency of the clock is faster, the signal integrality plays a more and more important role in the design of PCB. The paper analyses and emulates the factors which influence the SI-scheduling,noise and EMI, and meantime brings out the method and experience of solving the SI.
