大豆氮素积累及其对籽粒蛋白质含量的影响 被引量:9

摘要 大豆植株营养器官氮素积累峰值与籽粒蛋白质含量呈极显著正相关。开花后60d叶片、茎秆、荚皮的氮素百分含量与籽粒蛋白质含量呈显著正相关。大豆营养器官氮素积累峰值、氮素运转量及运转效率对籽粒的贡献率均表现为:叶片>茎秆>荚皮。高蛋白品种东农42氮素积累峰值高、出现早、持续时间长于另外两个品种。 The maximums of nitrogen accumulation in vegetative parts of three soybean cultivars were significantly positive correlated with seed protein content. Sixty days after flowering, nitrogen content of leaves, stems and pod shells were significantly positive correlated with seed protein content. The contributions of the maximums of nitrogen accumulation, quantity and efficiency of translocation to seed protein content ranked: leaf〉 stem〉pod shell. The maximum of nitrogen accumulation of Dongnong42 appeared earlier, higher and maintained longer than that of other two cultivars.
