双孢蘑菇母种培养基筛选研究

Screening of the optimum medium for stock spawn of Agaricus bisporus

对双孢菇菌种进行了母种培养基的筛选,从菌丝的长势、长速和均一性三个方面系统地研究了菌丝在8种不同培养基上的生长情况。结果表明,双孢菇菌丝在玉米粉培养基Ⅱ(培养基F)上表现出明显的生长优势,日生长速度最快达4.12mm,菌丝生长速度较为一致,满管时间也较为整齐,可作为双孢蘑菇大规模生产时的母种培养基。

State, speed and evenness of the growth of Agaricus bisporus were studied on 8 stock media. The results showed that mycelium grew significantly fast on cornmeal medium （medium F） with the average growth of 4.12 mm·d^-1 and even growth among different replicates. Medium F was recommended as the stock mediUm for mass production of Agaricus bisporus.
