摘要
以1/2MS为基本培养基,利用阿城紫皮大蒜茎尖试管苗进行离体培养试验。结果表明,添加不同激素浓度的培养基,对大蒜试管微鳞茎形成有促进作用,各处理条件下的鳞茎指数和鳞茎鲜重间存在不同程度的差异,以1/2MS+0.01mg.L-1NAA+1.5mg.L-1IBA+3%蔗糖+0.8%琼脂的培养基诱导大蒜试管微鳞茎形成效果最佳。
In vitro experiments were carried out with the Acheng Purple garlic. The results showed when test-tube seedlings derived from meristem tipwere cultured on culture medium of different phytohormone concentration, the bulblet formation was accelerated, in addition, there were some differences in the index and fresh weight of bulblet, among of which tile optimum treatment phytohormone concentration was 1/2MS+0.1 mg·L^-1 NAA + 1.5 mg·L^-1 IBA+3% sucrose+0.8% agar.
