摘要
[目的]评价现场流行病学培训效果,改进培训方式。[方法]采用统一量化指标自填式问卷,培训前后分别填写,对学员的培训效果、教师的教学能力进行评价。[结果]学员流行病学调查等八种能力平均得分由(23.74±7.09)分提高到(31.15±5.93),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。案例教学与理论课教学在内容程度方面差别有显著意义(P<0.05)。[结论]本次调查表明这次培训取得了良好效果,尤其是采用案例教学的方式效果更为明显,今后的培训中应该推广。
[Objective]To assess the effects of field epidemiology training program(FETP) and improve the training program in future. [Methods]Use the standard criteria and form, fill by the trainees before and after training to assess the training effects of the trainees and capability of the trainers. [Results]The trainees 8 Competencies which include the investigation have improved from (23.74 ± 7.09 ) to (31.15 ± 5.93) ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The contents of case study have significant difference comparing with classroom base lecture ( P 〈0. 05). [Conclusion]The training program has achieved best results. The case study is the best training method to improve the trainees' competencies. It should extend to other training project.
