南京市鼓楼区2003～2004年医疗机构消毒质量监测

Analysis on Quality Surveillance of Disinfection in Medical Sectors of Gulou Dis trict,Nanjing from 2003 to 2004

[目的]为了解医疗机构消毒状况,提高消毒质量,控制医院感染.[方法]对2003～2004年,每年5～10月对南京市鼓楼区医疗机构消毒质量检测资料进行分析.[结果]检测6类样品1 727份,合格率为87.67%.检测合格率2003年为85.99%,2004年为89.21%;辖区医院为93.38%,工厂卫生院(所)为88.72%,学校卫生院为84.04%;压力灭菌器为95.45%,紫外灯辐照强度为95.40%,使用中消毒剂为93.56%,无菌物品为89.01%,医务人员手为82.69%,室内空气为68.18%,物体表面为84.67%.[结论]医疗机构消毒质量较高,基层医疗机构的消毒工作有待加强.

[Objective]To learn the situation of disinfection in different hospitals and clinics of Gulou district, Nanjing and make further improvement on disinfection quality in order to control hospital infection. [Methods]To analyze the data of disinfection quality in medical sectors of Gulou district, Nanjing during May to October in 2003 and 2004. [Results]6 kinds of samples （1 727） were examined, total eligibility rate was 87, 67% ,85.99% in 2003 and 89.21% in 2004. The total eligibility rate of polyclinics, factory hospitals, and school hospitals were 93.38% ,88. 72% ,84.04% respectively. The eligibility rate of pressure sterilizer,irradiation intensity of UV lamp, disinfectants, germfree substances, hands of the medical staff and indoor air were 95.45%, 95.40%, 93.56 %, 89.01%, 82.69%, 68. 18 and 84.67 % respectively. [Conclusion]The total disinfection quality of in different hospitals and clinics of Gulou district, Nanjing was relatively higher, but the disinfection quality of in grass-roots units should be enhanced.
