济宁市部分市售膨化食品铅含量抽样调查

Survey on Lead Level of Puff Food Sold in Ji'ning City

[目的]了解济宁市市售膨化食品铅含量.[方法]2004年9～11月,随机抽取济宁市市区18家商店、超市、小吃部、零售摊点、散制膨化食品加工点,进行采样检测铅.[结果]合计检测84份,合格66份,合格率78.6%;测定范围0.09～6.41 mg/kg;其中爆米花铅含量全部超标.散制膨化食品加工点样本铅含量(2.88 mg/kg)明显高于其他场所样本铅含量(0.31mg/kg);商店、超市合格率(100%)高于小吃部、摊点和加工点合格率(73.3%,16.7%).[结论]散制彭化食品加工点样本铅含量超标严重,应引起有关部门的高度重视,进一步加强监督管理.

[Objective]To study the lead level of puff food sold in Jining city. [Methods]84 Samples from 18 stores supermarkets, snack counters,Selling stalls and Scattered puff food processing sites were random drawed out to detect their lead level. [Results]66 were eligible, the eligibility rate was 78.6% ;the range was 0. 09-6. 41 mg/kg,among these, the lead level of puffed rice was higher than the standard. The lead level of puff food （2.88 mg/kg） from scattered processing sites was much higher than other samples （0.31 mg/kg） ;the eligibility rate （100%） of stores and supermarkets was higher than those （73.3%, 16.7% ） of snack counters,selling stalls and processing sites. [Conclusion]The lead level of samples from scatted puff food processing sites was so serious higher than the standard that the related government department should pay much attention and strengthen supervision and management on them.
