摘要
行政管理学的教学研究只有与中国行政管理的实践相结合、与中国社会发展对行政管理学的要求相结合,才会有旺盛的生命力。目前行政管理学教学研究中存在着“三多三少”:讲外国的多,讲中国的少;讲理论的多,讲应用的少;讲过去的多,讲现在的少。为此,在行政管理学教学研究中要努力做到:本土化、时代性、实践性、开放性。
The study and teaching of Public Administration will be full of vigor and vitality only when it is integrated with China's practice, with the requests according to China's social development. But in the present study, more concern have been showed in foreign cases than domestic ones, more in theory than practice, more in past than present. Therefore the teaching and study should be focused on Chinese domestic, timeliness, practicality and openness.
