摘要 目的评价连续性血液净化(CBP)在救治儿童多脏器功能障碍综合征(MODS)时的疗效及安全性.方法采用CBP治疗儿童MODS患者10例,观察治疗前后的血压、心率、血BUN、Cr、电解质和血气变化,对临床资料作回顾分析.结果 10例患儿年龄2~10岁,治疗前存在2个以上脏器功能障碍、严重电解质紊乱、代谢性酸中毒同时合并少尿无尿.治疗后患儿生命体征平稳,血压、心率变化无显著差异,血BUN、Cr、电解质和血气变化明显好转.结论 CBP治疗过程中,血流动力学稳定,循环衰竭患儿也能进行CBP治疗.CBP能有效纠正氮质血症和水电解质酸碱紊乱,是治疗儿童MODS合并少尿无尿者一种有效和安全的方法. Objective To evaluate the efficacy and the safety of continuous blood purification(CBP) in the treatment of multiple organs dysfunction syndromes(MODS) in children. Method The levels of blood pressure, heart rate, BUN, Cr, electrolyte of blood and blood gas in 10 patients before and after CBP were compared, and the clinical date were analysed retrospectively. Results Ten children aged 2 - 10 years were oliguric or anuric, with severe metabolic acidosis, plasma electrolytes disturbance and at least two organs failure. The condition got much better after CBP. Condusion The studies indicate that the CBP is an effective and safe method in the treatment of children' s MODS with ohguric or anuric. Azotemia and fluid overload , acid-base/electrolyte unbalance can be corrected by CBP, CBP can be also used for treating patients with circulation failure and the hemodynamics is stable during CBP.
