亲代谢型谷氨酸受体信号转导及其作用机制

摘要 亲代谢型谷氨酸受体(mGluRs)是通过与G蛋白偶联的调节离子通道和第二信使生成酶的新型谷氨酸受体,在中枢神经系统广泛分布.分为mGluR1~mGluR8八个亚型.文章就近年来在mGluRs研究中,尤其在信号转导以及在中枢神经系统生理,病理过程中的意义等方面的研究进展作一综述.
