HPLC Determination of Berberine Hydrochloride in Gongyankang Granules

目的:建立 RP—HPLC 法测定宫炎康颗粒中芍药有效成份芍药苷的含量。方法:shimadzu vp ODS—3色谱柱(5μm,4.6mm×150mm);流动相为0.05mol/LKH2P04—乙腈(5:1);流速为1.0ml/min:检测波长230nm。结果:线性关系良好(r=0.9998),加样回收率为97.8%。结论:此方法简便、快捷、准确。

Objective： To establish a RP-HPLC method for the detemination of berberine hydroehloride in Gong yangkan Granules. Methods： Using shimadzu vp ODS-3cohran（5μm, 4mm×150mm）; mobile phase： acetonirile-0.025mol·L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate（5： 1）; flow rate： 1.0ml · min^-1 detective wavelength：230nm. Results： The liner range of the detemaination is 0.198-0.99μg.（r= 0.9998） the average recovery was 97.8%. Conclusion： This method is reliable and accurate.
