摘要
目的:应用高效液相色谱法对鼻渊丸中的大叶茜草素进行含量测定。方法:选用 HypersilC_(18)分析柱(250mm×4.6nm,5μm),甲醇:水:四氢呋喃(77:22:1)为流动相,检测波长为250nm,流速为1.0ml/min。结果:线性范围:0.2～2.0μg(r=0.9999)平均回收率为101.2,RSD 为1.2%。结论:本法简便、灵敏、准确。
Objective： Make use of high- efficient liquid chromatography to detemaine the content of rubimaillin of nasosinusitis pill. Methods： Select HypersilCaa analytical column（ 250mm＊ 4.6mm, 5μm）; methanol： water, tetrahydrofuran（77： 22： 1） for mobile phase; detection wavelength is 250nm, flow rate is 1.0ml/min. Results： linear range： 0.2-2.0μg（r= 0.9999）; average recovery： 101.2%, RSD：1.2%. Conclusion： dais method is convenient sitive and accurate.
