目的:提高果糖生产线的自动化程度。方法:使用时间继电器和光电开关,改变洗瓶机洗瓶变频器控制方式。结果:当隧道内瓶子过多时,洗瓶机自动停止运行;当隧道内瓶子过少时,洗瓶机自动启动。结论:该方法简便易行,为果糖生产线的自动化控制提供了一种方法。

Objective： Improve the level of the fructose sodium diphosphate injection industrial production.Methods： Use the timecurb and photoelectr-shutter, alter the control method of the washing bottle enginey transducer.Results： As quantity of the bottle in the tunnel is too many, the washing bottle enginey will be automatically stop; as the bottle in the tunnel is too few, the washing bottle enginey will be automatically run .Conclusion： the method that we have built is simple and convenient, also it offer a method for automatic controlling the industrial production of the fructose sodium diphosphate injection industrial production.
