导体预热器张力控制系统的探讨

Study on the Tension Control of the Conductor Preheater

局域网和信息高速公路的快速发展,对高速率对称数字通信电缆(简称数字电缆)的生产提出了更高的要求。预热器就是用来加热导电线芯,以满足数字电缆的高要求的生产工艺。文中通过对预热器张力控制的要求和几种典型张力控制方案的分析,给出了适用于预热器的直接张力控制策略,并分析了其控制特点。

The rapid development of LAN and information highway impose greater demands on the production of high speed symmetrical category cables（ short as category cables）. Hence conductor preheater is used to preheat conductors in order to meet the requirements of the process of category cables. This paper presents a direct tension control solution appropriate for the conductor preheater and the characteristics of the tension control by analysing the requirements for the tension control of the conductor preheater and some typical tension control programmes.
