Empirical Research on Inter-firm Knowledge Transfer Cost in the Supply Chain

从知识的特征、知识供应商、知识接收方、传导双方的差异以及传导的渠道五个层面探讨供应链企业间知识的传导成本,详细分析五个层面的一系列影响因素和提出相关的假设,并通过上海张江和深圳高新技术产业园区供应链企业的调研问卷收集的数据进行多元OLS回归检验,研究发现相关因素显著地解释了其对供应链企业间知识传导绩效的影响。

Knowledge transfer cost is the barrier during the process of knowledge transfer. The paper discussed the knowledge transfer cost in the supply chain by terms of knowledge attributes, knowledge sender, knowledge receiver, differences between them and transfer channels. It detailedly analyzed the related barrier factors of five levels in detail, then put forward hypotheses which were tested by the econometric regression method. It found all the factors evidently applied their influence to inter- firm knowledge transfer performance.
