武汉市东湖开发区土地整理模式初探

A Discussion on Land Readjustment in East Lake Economic and Technological Development Zone

针对武汉市东湖开发区土地利用的现状与特点进行分析,应用土地整理的有关理论知识,对开发区土地在利用过程中存在的问题及采取的模式进行了初步探讨。其中,开发区土地整理模式是研究的重点,通过土地整理,改善农业生产条件和提高土地的集约化利用程度,获取土地利用的经济、社会、生态三者协调统一的综合效益,保护和改善生态环境,最终实现土地资源的可持续利用。

This paper analyses the present situation and characteristic of land use in East Lake economic and technological development zone and probes into the problems and adopted mode in the land use of the zone, focusing on the mode of land readjustment, Through land readjustment,improvement of agricultural production conditions and intensified land use, three comprehensive benefits, i.e. economic, social and ecological benefits, will be obtained, ecological environment will be protected and improved, realizing sustainable use of land resource eventually.
