摘要
细晶粒碳素钢在焊接热循环作用下,晶粒长大和组织、性能的变化影响焊接性能。经实验发现细晶粒碳钢焊接接头拉伸试验断口在远离热影响区的母材上。热影响区粗晶区有较多的侧板条铁素体,尽管试件断口分析说明粗晶区的韧性低于母材,但缺口冲击功并不显示热影响区的冲机韧性低于母材。
The texture of fine grain simple steel growth and uhe metallographic texture、mechanical performance change can affect weld performance.It is found that the weld of fine grain steel break apart from heat effect zone in the tensile test.There is side batten ferrite in the coarse grain zone of heat effect,although the fracture analyse of test block accounts for toughness of the coarse grain zone,it is lower than base metal,but the notched bar impact test doesn't show that the shock resistantance of heat effect zone is lower than base metal.
