摘要
集散控制系统具有强大的生产过程监控功能。采取合适的方式把集散控制系统技术应用于印染生产线工艺参数的测控和生产管理,可以收到较好的经济效益。本文阐述了集散控制系统的功能以及该系统对印染生产线的实用性,介绍了在“74型”染整联合机组成的印染生产线上用集散控制系统进行技改的部分经验,提出了注意事项。
Data control syetem(DCS) is a powerful process monitoring system. Great economical benifit will be achieved while DCS was appropriately appilied in the processing parameter determining and managing in dyeing and finishing. In this article i the author briefed the fuction of DCS .explained its practicality in dyeing and finishing production line. Expriences were introduced when using DCS in model '74' range to practise technical innovation.
