分析了原氯气液化处理工艺存在的问题,介绍了氯气液化工艺改造情况:将新建冷冻站和氯气液化合为一个新的氯气液化处理装置。改造后,所有技术指标都达到了设计要求,且节约能量,每天可节电4 224 kW.h;大大提高系统的安全系数;工艺控制更加集中,便于操作。

The problems existing in the old chlorine liquification process was analyzed.The remoulding on chlorine gas liquification process,which merged the newly built freezer station with the old chlorine liquification unit into a new chlorine liquification unit,was introduced.After remoulding,all the technical indexes satisfied the design requirement,electricity could be saved with 4 224 kW·h per day,the state of safety increased greatly,and the process was controlled more centrated and was easy to operate.
