百令胶囊联合甲泼尼松龙治疗急性药物性间质性肾炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Drug-induced Acute Interstitial Nephritis Treating with Bailing Capsule Combined with Methylprednisolone

目的:探讨百令胶囊联合甲泼尼松龙冲击治疗急性药物性间质性肾炎的临床疗效。方法:26例急性药物性间质性肾炎分为治疗组13例及对照组13例。治疗组采用百令胶囊联合甲泼尼松龙治疗,对照组单用甲泼尼松龙冲击治疗。观察两组尿检及肾功能恢复时间、疗效和治疗转归。结果:治疗组完全缓解率100％,且少尿期,多尿期,平均血尿蛋白尿,肾功能恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0．01)。对照组完全缓解率76．9％,有3例残留有持续蛋白尿。结论:百令胶囊联合甲泼尼松龙冲击治疗急性药物性间质性肾炎比单用甲泼尼松龙效果更佳。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of bailing capsule combined with methylprednisolone in treating drug-induced acute interstitial nephritis （D-AIN）. Method： 26 D-AIN patients were randomly divided into a therapeutic group （n = 13） and a controlled group （n = 13 ）. The therapeutic group was given bailing capsule in combination with methylprednisolone while the con- trolled group was given methylprednisolone alone. The results of urine routine tests, convalescence time of renal function, therapeutic efficacy and prognosis were observed. Result： Complete remission rate （CRR）in the therapeutic group were 100% , period of oliguria and polyuria, average hematuria, proteinuria and convalescent time of renal function were less than that of the controlled group （P 〈0. 05 ）. The CRR of the controlled group was 76.9%. 3 cases in the controlled group remained proteinnuria. Conclusion： The efficacy of treating D-AIN with Bailing capsule combined with methylprednisolone is better than the efficacy of treating with methylprednisolone alone.
