全国社区卫生服务现状调查——应用秩和比法综合评价我国社区卫生服务机构基本条件的现状

An Investigation of Chinese Community Health Service-The Comprehensive Evaluation on the Basic Condition of Chinese Community Health Service Organization by Using RSR Method

目的对全国社区卫生服务机构基本条件的现状进行综合评价。方法分别对全国200个社区卫生服务中心和508个站进行问卷调查,应用秩和比法(RSR),从社区卫生服务机构的基本条件,对其指标进行分析和综合评价。结果拟合RSR值与概率单位直线回归方程时,中心和站R2均>0·975;分5档时两者间总体上差异有非常显著性意义(P<0·001),且5个分档间的两两比较均有差异;进行方差齐性检验差异无显著性意义(P>0·05)。结论从总体上说,我国社区卫生服务机构的基本条件处于中等水平。

Objective To take a comprehensive evaluation on the personnel and equipment status of the community health service. Methods By comprehensive evaluation of RSR method, the personnel and equipment status of the community health service of 200 centers and 508 stations were evaluated. Results R - square values is more than 0. 975 ; when grouped as three stages to be hypothesis tested, the total P 〈0. 001 and there is statistical difference between every two groups. The test of homogeneity of variances is （ P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion All in all, the level of personnel and equipment status of the community health service is in the middle level.
