球形肺炎与早期SARS的临床鉴别及诊治分析

An Analysis on the Clinical Differentiating Diagnosis and Treatment of Spherical Pneumonia and the Early Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome

目的研究球形肺炎与早期SARS的临床鉴别及诊治特点.方法回顾性分析2002年11月～2003年5月我院24例经临床证实的球形肺炎患者的诊治资料.结果 24例球形肺炎患者的临床表现为急起发热、咳嗽、咳痰,可出现小聚集发病;实验室检查不完全符合典型的炎症性改变;影像学特点为迅速进展的单、多发球形影;以无明显的呼吸困难,无淋巴细胞比值降低及短期抗生素治疗有效,预后良好为其临床鉴别及诊治特点.结论根据两者在病原学、病理生理、临床表现、X线进展特点及治疗原则、预后的异同进行鉴别,可为临床鉴别诊断,救治工作提供依据.

Objective To study the characteristics of the clinical differentiating diagnosis and treatment of spherical pneumonia and the early SARS （ severe acute respiratory syndrome ）. Methods 24 cases of spherical pneumonia clinically proved were analyzed retrospectively from November 2002 to May 2003. Results The clinical syndromes of 24 cases include fever, cough, phlegm, outbreak in small regions; the results of laboratory do not fit those of typical pneumonia, the feature of image is that single or multiple spherical shadows progress rapidly, but there is no obvious breathing difficulty, the effective antibiotic and good prognosis are its clinic characteristics of differentiating diagnosis and treatment. Conclusion The clinical differentiating diagnosis and treatment can supply the foundation for the clinical d diseases can supply the foundation for the clinical differentiating diagnosis and treating work, such as etiology, pathology, physiology, clinical syndromes, the development of sternum characteristic, treatment, prognosis and so on.
