瘦素及血脂与中、老年患者非酒精性脂肪肝的关系

摘要
目的探讨瘦素及血脂与中、老年患者非酒精性脂肪肝的关系.方法检测31例非酒精性脂肪肝(简称脂肪肝,FL)和25例无脂肪肝(NFL)中、老年患者空腹血清LP、BG、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、BUN、ALT、AST及GGT水平,并测量SBP/DBP和BMI等指标.结果BMI、TC、TG、LDL-C及DBP的平均值,FL组明显高于NFL组(P＜0.05～0.001).在两组中,血清LP浓度女性皆明显高于男性.但LP在两组之间未显示统计学差异.结论在FL组中,BMI、TC、LDL-C、TG与FL密切相关.
