摘要
目的:探讨镁离子对实验性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:3月龄昆明种小鼠50只,随机分正常对照组、氧化对照组、不同浓度镁保护组,饲养10 d,腹腔注射0.15%CCl4致小鼠肝损伤,24 h取血分离血清,制备肝匀浆,测定血清中ALT、AST及肝匀浆中MDA、SOD、GSH的含量,观察镁离子对肝损伤的保护作用;结果:镁离子能显著降低小鼠血清中ALT和AST活性,以及肝细胞中脂质过氧化物MDA的含量。结论:镁离子能对抑制自由基的生成,促进自由基的清除,对肝损伤有保护作用。
Objective : To investigate the protection of Mg^2+ to experimental hepatic injury resulted by CC,14. Methods:50 Kunming mice in 3 month were divided into control group, oxidation group and different level of Mg^2+ group. After 10 days of breeding, all mouse were injected by peritoneal cavity with 0.15 % CCl4 to product hepatic injury. In the 24h, blood were abstracted to separate serum, and hepatic homogenate were prepared. We then determined the level of serum ALT and AST and the content of MDA,SOD and GSH in hepatic homogenate, and we also observed the protection of Mg^2+ to hepatic injury ; Results: significant reduction was observed in serum ALT and AST activity and content of hepatoeyte lipid peroxide MDA . Conclusion: Mg^2+ can inhibit the production and accelerate the clearance of free radical and protect the hepatic injury.
