摘要
技术创新是企业获取竞争优势的一条重要途径,其成功往往取决于对技术知识的管理.知识管理贯穿于技术创新的全过程,它既体现为对技术知识的积累管理,又包含着对技术知识的扩散、激活、整合与应用管理.重点剖析了整个管理过程所应建构的一系列有效措施,论证了动态的知识管理才是技术创新持续进行的根本保证.
Technological innovation is an important approach for an enterprise to obtain a competitive advantage. Its success usually relies on technological knowledge management throughout the whole process of technological innovation. On the one hand, it embodies the accumulative management of technological knowledge and on the other hand, it includes the management of proliferation, activation, integration and application of technological knowledge. The author of this article analyses a series of valid measures that the whole management process should construct, and points out that dynamic knowledge management is just the basic assurance for the technological innovation to carry on continuously.
