摘要
顾客价值创造是影响企业核心竞争力的重要因素,首先探讨了顾客价值的概念,在此基础上利用价值链理论对顾客价值创造进行分析,指出顾客价值的创造需要不断地优化价值链,通过更经济、更有效的方法提供更有价值的产品和服务,增大客户感知价值,使企业赢得竞争优势.
The creation of customer value directly affects the competitiveness of a corporation. This paper begins with exploring the meaning of customer value, and then analyzes the process of creating customer value based on value - chain theory. It shows that the creation of the customer value depends on the integration of customer value chain. Corporations should adopt ,some more effective methods to create and improve customer value in order to win the advantage.
