我国现代物流产业政策体系研究

现代物流体系是由物流基本活动、物流服务市场、类型、物流组织、物流(节点)布局、物流范围、物流产业6部分构成。在我国现代物流业发展总体水平较低、存在诸多问题的现实情况下,产业政策的作用将是巨大的。我国物流产业政策体系包括:产业结构政策、产业组织政策、产业发展政策。由于物流产业的特殊性,其产业政策的特点与其他产业有所不同。

Modern logistics industry doesn＇t merely refer to the traditional storage and transportation industry. It has developed into a new-emerging, compounding and fundamental industry style. Modern logistics system consists of logistics basic activity; logistics service market and kinds, logistics organization, logistics （node） layout, logistics range and logistics industry. We must analyze the key meaning and character of the logistics industry so that it can be understood in detail. On the background that the logistics developing level is still lower and there exists a lot of questions in its development, logistics industry will play a great role in its evolution process. The logistics industry system policy in our country includes： industry construction policy, industry organization policy and industry development policy. Because the logistics industry is special to other industries, the feature of logistics industry policy must be different with the others＇.
