两种钛表面烤瓷粉微观结构和热性能的对比研究

摘要 目的以TiBond(vita)瓷粉为参照,对比研究自行研制的Ti-ceramic瓷粉的微观结构与热性能。方法通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察两者的微观结构,用差热分析(DSC)方法比较两者的热性能,以X-射线衍射(XRD)分析了解Ti-ce-ramic的主要晶相组成。结果两种钛瓷粉颗粒形态不规则,尺寸从200 nm到20μm;Ti-ceramic在599.3℃、TiBond在561.3℃时发生玻璃化转变,两者在816.5℃时发生相转变。Ti-ceramic中含有TiO2、ZrO2和SnO2。结论Ti-ceramic与Ti-Bond的微观结构相似,玻璃化转变温度接近,并含有锡石微晶相,属于低温瓷粉。 Objective To compare the microstructure and thermal property of self-made Ti-ceramic powders and TiBond ceramic powder. Methods The microstructure, thermal property and crystal constituents of the two ceramic powders were examined by using SEM, DSC, XRD respectively. Results The particle size of the ceramic powders was varies from 200 nm to 20μm. The glass transition temperature of Ti-ceramic and TiBond were 599.3 ℃ and 561 ℃ respectively. The phase transition of both ceramic powders were at 816.5 ℃. Ti-ceramic contains TiO2, ZrO2 and SnO2 crystals. Conclusion Compared with the TiBond, Ti-ceramic has similar microstructure and the glass transition temperature. Ti-ceramic contains SnO2 crystals. It belongs to low-temperature ceramic powder.
