轻度脑低灌对雌性大鼠丘脑内肥大细胞的影响

摘要 目的研究轻度脑低灌对雌性大鼠丘脑内肥大细胞的影响。方法结扎大鼠右侧颈总动脉,在不同低灌时间点处死动物,甲苯胺蓝染色,观察两侧丘脑内肥大细胞的形态及数量。结果低灌后4 h右侧丘脑内肥大细胞数量明显下降,而肥大细胞脱颗粒的比例在低灌后半小时明显增加,对侧未见明显改变。结论丘脑内肥大细胞可能通过脱颗粒参与了脑低灌损伤的病理过程。 Objective To investigate the effects of mild cerebral hypoperfusion on thalamic mast cells in female rats. Methods The morphology of mast cells in both thalami was observed at different time after ligating the right common carotid artery by using toluidine blue staining. Results After cerebral hypoperfusion, the number of mast cells in right thalamus makedly decreased at 4 hours while the percent of degranulation showed reverse change at 0.5 hour. Conclusion Female thalamic mast cells may participate in the pathological process during permanent cerebral hypoperfusion.
