摘要
结合研制的超高速旋转试验设备,详细分析了过盈配合、平键配合等常规轴孔配合形式在超高速条件下的力学特性,对其失效机理进行了深入的探讨。结合有限元方法对分析的结果进行了验证,根据获得的结论提出了具体的解决方案。
The mechanical characteristics of the general axis-hole fits, such as interference fit and key fit under the super high speed condition are analyzed in detail combining with super high speed rotary test device developed, and the failure mechanism is discussed. By using finite element method the analysis results are verified, and the solution is put forward based on the resuits.
