摘要
维生素C在酸性条件下具有还原性,可将Fe(Ⅲ)定量还原为Fe(Ⅱ),Fe(Ⅱ)与邻二氮菲(phen)形成络合物显色,在波长508nm处,其颜色的深浅在一定范围内与Vc含量成正比.
Vitamin C has reducing nature under the acid condition, can reduce Fe (Ⅱ) ration as Fe (Ⅲ), form complex compound develop the color, locate in wavelength 508nm, to have in direct proportion to Vc more content depth withinthe specific limits color its with neighbor two nitrogen Philippines (phen).
