Introducing three kinds of main policies prevailing worldwide for collection in civil aviation airports,of aircraft＇s landing fee. It argues that charging policy,based on marginal cost pricing,is economically efficient,and facts show that relevant principles are more widely accepted by airport operators. It also suggests that in the circumstance of China＇s fast growing air transportation industry,marginal cost pricing can be used in providing guidance to airport＇s reform of the slot allocation mechanism.
