摘要
分析了影响RH脱碳的因素,在试验生产中采取了快速提高RH真空度、加快初期脱碳反应速率和增大驱动气体流量等强化中期脱碳的措施,大幅降低了RH处理结束时钢水中碳含量。分析表明,钢包顶渣氧化性强是钢水中A ls损失和T[O]高的主要原因。
This paper analyzes the factors effecting on decarbonization in RH. The measures strengthening decarbonization at middle stage such as rapidly increasing RH vacuum degree, fasting decarbonization rate at initial stage, adding drive gas flow and so on are used in pilot production ,so as to greatly reduce carbon content in molten steel at the end of treatment in RH. It is concluded that ,strong oxidizability of ladle top slag is the main factor leading to Als loss and high T[O] in molten steel.
