介绍了电力电子器件参数辨识系统的基本思想,给出了以JNI为接口,基于GPIB的微机与程控数字存储示波器间自动采集系统的软、硬件实施方案,得到了预期的功率二极管反向恢复波形。

The principles of power electronics device extracting system are firstly introduced.Then the data acquisition system strategy of software and hardware is represented based on GPIB interface and JNI. Finally the reverse recovery wave form of power diode is obtained.
