DSP-based On-line Inspection System for Surface Quality of Steel Strip

提出了一种新的冷轧带钢表面质量在线检测方法。该方法用多个面阵CCD摄像头同步采集带钢表面的图像,通过DSP系统对图像进行处理,以得到钢板表面质量情况。该方法速度快,精度高,实时性好,可有效地检测到带钢表面的各种缺陷。

A new method for on - line inspecting the surface quality of the cold rolled strip is put forward. In the method a few plane CCDs are applied to capture images of the strip surface simultaneously, and then process these captured images with DSP technique in order to clearly get hold of the quality conditions of the strip. This new method can accurately, timely and effectively check out various defects over the strip surface.
